Originating from Austria, Grüner Veltliner has found increasing popularity in the Adelaide Hills where its unique terroir and cool climate provides the perfect home for this international star.

Intensely aromatic nose displaying lime citrus, green apple, new season nectarine and nuances of white pepper, freshly cut radish and celery. The palate exhibits good fruit intensity with chalky acidity that leaves the palate refreshed for the next glass. Subtle creaminess with a mild savoury edge from lees contact adds a mild complexity to the wine’s finish.

FOOD SUGGESTION: Roast pork tenderloin with Vietnamese salad or white fleshed fish served with asparagus pan fried with lemon.
