Join us for this special dinner at Brisbane’s e’cco bistro as we showcase three great South Australian wine regions – Langhorne Creek, Barossa Valley and Adelaide Hills – through the expression of three specific wineries – Angas & Bremer, Gomersal and Chain of Ponds.

Explore the influential character of these unique regions through their landscape, people, and - of course - wines, from the crisp and vibrant Black Thursday from Chain of Ponds to the spice, chocolate and soft tannins of the Gomersal Premium Shiraz, the perfectly balanced Angas & Bremer Malbec and more – all matched to the extraordinary flavours of e’cco bistro’s renowned chef Philip Johnson.

This is part of the 12-week program of Adelaide Hills Wine Appreciation School at the Haus Restaurant.
