Intensely aromatic gooseberry, lychee and paw paw with lifted hints of grapefruit, all integrated with subtle passion fruit, lemon citrus and nuances of peashoots and cucumber. On the palate the wine is lively and vibrant with intense fruit, balanced acidity and a voluptuous mouthfeel of subtle fruit sweetness.
FOOD SUGGESTION: Fresh seafood, Vietnamese Chicken Salad or equally suited to a lazy afternoon in the sun. For a more peculiar pairing try our suggestion of nachos, poké bowl, chicken sandwiches or chicken nuggets.
